I Didn’t Burn My Life Down. I recalibrated it.
I built what most people would call success. Director and Executive Committee Member at a flagship Six Senses property. Under my leadership, the property was voted the 2nd Best Wellness Resort in the World by Condé Nast Traveller Readers' Choice Awards.
The results spoke for themselves.
I know what it means to perform at the highest level. And I know what it feels like when that version of success no longer fits. Not because I was failing. Because from the outside everything made sense — and internally, something no longer did.
And that tension did not get louder.
It got quieter.
And harder to ignore.

The Threshold
There was no dramatic breakdown.
But there was a defining moment where I saw clearly that I was no longer living in alignment with what I was teaching and representing.
I was invited to record a video for Vogue — talking about what wellness meant to me. Alignment. Balance. Holistic wellbeing. And as I spoke, I had a quiet but undeniable realization. I was talking the talk but I wasn't walking the walk.
On the outside, I represented wellness. On the inside, I was exhausted, disconnected and misaligned.
What I experienced was not burnout. It was evolution.
It was the realization that the identity that built my success was no longer aligned with who I had become. Survival-driven success has a limit and an expiration date. External validation, title or recognition does not replace internal alignment. And staying the same eventually becomes more painful than changing.
That moment changed everything. Not dramatic. But irreversible.

The Work
I did not leave to escape. I chose to recalibrate.
I immersed myself in personal work, spiritual practice and professional transformation. I trained as a certified spiritual guide. I spent two months in the Amazon rainforest studying indigenous wisdom with the Shanenawa tribe. I explored nervous system regulation, consciousness and identity evolution.
Not as theory. As lived practice.
Plant medicine was one of the catalysts in my journey. It helped me see patterns I had been avoiding.
But awareness is not transformation. Integration is.
I did the work.
What I do now.
I guide high-achieving women from awareness into action.
From being aware but stuck to being decisive and aligned.
From fear to regulated, deliberate action.
I look at the person as a whole — catering for their mental, emotional, spiritual and physical being.
This is not about motivation. This is about recalibration. It's a structured evolution.
Who I work with.
Powerful women who are already aware. Already questioning. Already reflecting.
Women who know something must change — but are not yet clear how to move without destabilizing everything.
Women who are capable of self-honesty. Who want clarity and are ready to take responsibility.

Recalibration is not about becoming someone new
It's about aligning your life to who you have already become. You have been aware long enough. The question now is whether you are ready to move.
